I let the kids "do" the dishes today. This also meant that my kitchen floor got washed today!
As I was putting the "clean" dishes away (back in the sink!) I lifted up the dish drainer next to the sink to wipe up all the water that was pooled under it. At this point Charlotte came into the kitchen, and asked "Where did all that water come from?"
Seriously?!?! Um, where do you think?
"Well, it came from all of the fun you had doing the dishes!"
